After a year of logging my weekly maintenance weight I began "forgetting" to log my weight. I think this reflected a change in the meaning of the number for me, a change that didn't fit with logging anymore. I still weigh myself regularly, averaging 3-5 times a week, and mention my weight in blog posts from time to time. If I'm really on my game, I post a recent weight below, but I'm not remembering to even do that very often.
