Thanks for sharing this. I'm not a runner, but am a sportsperson, and I find that the night before a match I tend to stress myself too much worrying about much sleep I get (which of course makes sleeping more difficult...). I think it's more of a mental thing, because I had my best performance of the season with the least sleep! : )
