Pre-Race Sleep (or lack thereof)

A quick share... Runner's World magazine has a great article up - Why You Shouldn't Freak Out About Bad Pre-Race Sleep.  And I love the video of several elite marathoners discussing their pre-race sleep plan, "which in many cases includes, yes, not panicking about bad sleep."

  1. Thanks for sharing this. I'm not a runner, but am a sportsperson, and I find that the night before a match I tend to stress myself too much worrying about much sleep I get (which of course makes sleeping more difficult...). I think it's more of a mental thing, because I had my best performance of the season with the least sleep! : )
